Beginning at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8, the 365 S. High St. Pavilion entrance to the Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court will be closed as demolition of the former Downtown Jail begins.
A new main entrance to the Franklin County Government Complex will be located at 373 S. High St.. Visitors can use this new main entrance to reach Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court.
