The mission of the Franklin County Domestic and Juvenile Court Human Resources Department is to provide high-quality, cost-effective personnel management, compliance, training, administration, and services for all departments and employees without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic predisposition or carrier status, military or veteran status or any other protected characteristic as established by law.
Staff
Director of Human Resources
Reports to the Deputy Court Administrator and is responsible for implementing HR policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations, staffing and recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation, and transactional administration.
Human Resource Generalist
Coordinates and implements human resource services, policies, programs, sourcing recruiting, training, employee relations, and compliance for the managers and employees of the Court.
Payroll and Human Resource Specialist
Responsible for HR transactional activities include but not limited to: payroll processing, leave utilization and accruals; maintenance of personnel records; position controls; position changes, and processing employment verifications.
