Local Rules

Franklin County has adopted local rules of practice for both domestic relations cases and juvenile cases. In accordance with Rule 5 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, the court adopts rules approved by a majority of the court’s judges with appropriate notice and opportunity to comment.

The judges of the court have approved several amendments and additions to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Local Rules.
