Most filings made to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch must be submitted through an electronic interface. Self-represented filers may submit paper documents to the Clerk of Courts Office on the 4th floor of the Courthouse. For other details, please refer to the Administrative Order for each court.
