The judges of the court have adopted the following changes to the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Local Rules: 1) all references to the Court’s Administrative Magistrate have been updated to reference the Court’s Legal Director. This change more accurately reflects the court’s current administration. 2) updated Domestic Relations Rule 17, to require the filing of an Income and Expense affidavit for dissolution actions. Previously the Court permitted the filing of a short form, this reference has been removed. The court will accept written comments concerning these changes until 5:00pm on Friday, June 7, 2024.
