Be prepared and on time for your hearing. If you have cases scheduled in other courtrooms, please contact all parties or counsel as well as the Court and inform them in advance if you need to be late and we may be able to accommodate you. However, scheduling multiple cases in multiple courts is strongly discouraged and tends to be a great disservice to your client.
 
Professionalism

Professionalism is required at all times from both parties and counsel. Anything less will not be tolerated and, again, tends to be a disservice to your client and harmful to the presentation of your case.
 
Courtroom Decorum and Dress
All litigants are expected to wear appropriate attire in the courtroom and for hearings on Zoom.
 
ZOOM Hearings

When appearing for hearings on Zoom, all users need to be sure to connect to audio, either using “Wi-Fi or Cellular Data” or using Device/Computer Audio.
