Deputy Director of Human Resources - Reports to the Court Director and is responsible for implementing HR policies and programs, and managing all aspects of employee relations; staffing and recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation and transactional administration.
Human Resource Officer - Responsible for HR transactional activities to include: payroll processing, leave utilization and accruals; maintenance of personnel records; position controls; position changes, processing employment verifications.
