Mission Statement
 
The mission of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch is to provide fair and equitable resolution to matters and disputes arising under the law and will interpret and apply the law consistently, impartially and independently to protect the rights and liberties of matters involving families and children.
 
Vision Statement
 
The Court will provide the highest quality of justice and ensure the public has equal and efficient access to services.  The Court will use appropriate dispute resolution and mediation services to manage and resolve cases in a timely manner. The Court will provide a safe environment for the public and will strive to implement innovative programs that use modern technology.

Under the direction of the Administrative Judge, the Court Director is responsible for the enforcement of the day-to-day operations and executive decision-making of the Court. The administrative functions of the court include budget management, information technology, human resources, training and staff development and performance evaluation.

The Business Operations and Finance Director is responsible for annual budget and all fiscal operations of the Court.

The Information Technology Department is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all computer related technology for the Court. The IT Department's functions include planning, programming, implementation, training, documentation and the ongoing technical support for all hardware and software needs of the Court.
 
The Human Resource Department is responsible for the recruiting, benefits planning, policy management, training and staff development.
